Pose Maniacs is a Japanese blog that features a number of poses to help artists focus on drawing human anatomy. Not only does it offer a realistic view of the underlying muscle structure of the body, but when you click on the model, you can use your mouse to rotate the model around and see it from many different angles. So in an essence, you’re getting many different poses in each picture!

The site boasts a full 19,440 poses at the time of this writing. It also has features such as a thirty second drawing exercise, negative space figure drawings and a random pose generator.
