I’m somewhat your basic definition of a casual girl-geek: I enjoy gaming online and off, writing fantasy fiction, drawing and graphic design and a good RPG where I can find it.

As for “real life,” I’m currently employed as a Professional Technical Writer and an Accidental IT. Materials development, business writing and computer tech support are my day jobs… though my real writing love is in the realms of fiction writing and art.

Besides blogging, I currently oversee two ongoing web comics, two ongoing online fantasy novels, and the online community at my website, Sygnus.org. I’ve been a webcomic Author for over six consistent years and a writer of online fiction for a decade.

This blog is a response to a conglomeration of all of my hobbies, interests and passions. I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way and struggle with the common pitfalls that all writers and artists do. I’m interested in poking my head into the freelance and commissioned art world and have dabbled in that a little bit over this last year.
